From selling beats to make it through University, to negotiating million dollar deals for the biggest artists and labels in the world, AM Sharma has been from trenches to the trench coats.
In 2010 he quit a job in banking and took to Miami, sleeping in rental cars and studios while building his name and relationships as a staff producer.
He eventually teamed up with legendary rap music A&R James "Redd Eyezz" Pierre who put him in studios with Pharrell Williams, Lil Wayne, Flo-Rida among countless others.
AM thrived -- rising from a small time staff producer into a disruptive executive with over $100 million in deals and transactions to his credit.
AM and Redd Eyezz work closely to this day. Since 2013 they have jointly run artist development for Cash Money Records - the most successful independent music label in the world, with over one billion records sold and over 100 billion streams.
At Cash Money Records, they work closely with iconic label founder Bryan “Birdman” Williams and have helped build "Rich Gang" into a massive brand with over one billion streams and millions of followers.
The impact of Rich Gang's sound is heard across the world, considered a modern music classic among critics.
During this ear, AM managed one of his close friends, grammy nominated producer "London On Da Track" - one of the most in-demand producers in the world who has worked with Drake, Post Malone, Kodak Black, Young Thug, Nicki Minaj - pretty well every other triple A artist.
In 2018 AM and London founded "LiV Group" together, an independent record label based in Los Angeles, which has gone on to develop hits for stars such as Roddy Rich and Summer Walker.
AM has also been a coach and mentor to countless artists, producers, engineers, songwriters and young music executives in his home town of Kitchener, Ontario - guiding them towards generating revenue in what Shark Tank Billionaire Mark Cuban calls "the toughest industry in the world."
His private studio, in Hidden Valley Ontario, is considered one of the most beautiful in North America.
He continues his work through Eyezz & AM Talent Management - partnered directly with Birdman and Cash Money Records.
